This book is more than just a guide to martial arts training, it's a holistic approach that encourages consistent progress and increasing returns. It goes beyond the traditional prescriptive analysis of martial form and offers a fresh perspective on training and self-improvement.

I have to admit, writing this book was a huge challenge. It took a lot of dedication, long nights, and even longer days. But I am so proud of what we have accomplished and I can't wait to share it with all of you.
